• Where in the world do you deliver to?

We will gladly ship any where in the world - the ditty is perfect wherever there are dogs to be walked!

• Do you deliver to an address different than my billing address?

Yes, we're happy to deliver to a different address than your billing address; you just need to ensure the correct address is selected at the check out stage.

• How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once we've mailed your order, we'll send you an email as confirmation. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship the next working day.

• What if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?

This isn 't what we like to hear at all, we're really sorry. Please call us at 978-369-3555 and we will resolve this as soon as possible.

• I am ordering for some one outside the US as a gift - will they be charged for customs & import duty?

Yes. All our items are shipped from our warehouse in the US and any charges for customs and import when we mail abroad will need to be paid by the recipient.
